Participation in the auction implies full and unconditional acceptance of the
Regulations for auctions
. Buyers are advised to carefully read this section containing the terms of purchase of lots offered for sale by Telearte Auctions.

Condition reports of lots up for auction are available upon request. The condition of lots is not included in some descriptions, and Telearte Auctions recommends asking for condition reports of each lot for which you wish to bid.

Telearte Auctions is not responsible to anyone who does not observe the warnings described on this page and in the Rules and Regulations.

Estimates

An indicative estimate for potential buyers is given next to each description of lots in the catalog. In any case, all lots, depending on market interest, may achieve prices either above or below the stated appraisal values. Estimates printed in the auction catalog may be subject to revision and do not include purchase commission and VAT.

Reserve

The reserve price corresponds to the minimum confidential price deliberated by Telearte Auctions below which the lot will not be sold. Lots offered without reserve are marked “FREE OFFER” in the catalog.

Display before auction

Each auction is preceded by an exhibition open to the public free of charge and alternatively in virtual mode on this website. The exhibition is intended to enable all buyers to make a congruous examination of the lots offered for sale and to check all their qualities, such as, for example, authenticity, state of preservation, material, provenance, etc.

Conservation status

The properties are sold in their current state. We therefore advise potential buyers to make sure of the state of preservation and nature of the lots by taking a look at them before the sale. Telearte Auctions Experts will be happy to provide informative reports on the conservation status of lots for sale upon request.
The descriptions in the catalogs represent the opinion of our Experts only and may be subject to possible revisions, which will still be communicated to the public during the Auction.
