Management of shipments and deliveries
TELEARTE delivers items booked in TV broadcasts or at www.teleartetv.it throughout Italy, including San Marino and Vatican City. Further information is available by contacting TELEARTE Customer Service, which answers by phone at 06.87911980.
TELEARTE uses the cooperation of shipping partner Mail Boxes Etc. and Express Courier GLS for deliveries on reservations below the amount of € 1,000.00, which will be monitored by TELEARTE Customer Service (tel. 06.87911980) and handled within 3/5 working days (Sundays excluded). These terms run from the authorization of payment (in the case of payment by credit/debit card), or from the date of conclusion of the Contract (in the case of payment by cash on delivery).
TELEARTE delivery generally takes place by direct appointment with the Client, for bookings above the amount of € 1,000.00. Our company will directly contact the Client and make an appointment at the address provided by the Client for delivery, always in compliance with current health regulations and respecting the Client’s privacy.
In the case of multiple orders placed on the same day or short days thereafter, where possible, TELEARTE will deliver by charging a single shipping charge.
