Participation in the auction implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Auction Regulations. Buyers are advised to carefully read this section containing the terms of purchase of the lots offered for sale by Telearte Auction House.

The condition reports of the lots in auction are available on request. The condition of the lots is not included in some descriptions and Telearte Auction House recommends asking for the condition reports of each lot for which you wish to bid.

Telearte Auction House is not responsible to anyone who does not observe the warnings described on this page and in the Regulations.

An indicative estimate for potential buyers is indicated next to each description of the lots in the catalog. In any case, all lots, depending on the market interest, can reach prices both higher and lower than the estimated values indicated. Estimates printed on the auction catalog may be subject to revision and do not include the purchase commission and VAT.

The reserve price corresponds to the confidential minimum price approved by Telearte Auction House below which the lot will not be sold. Lots offered without reserve are marked in the catalog with the words “FREE OFFER”.

Exhibition before the auction

Each auction is preceded by an exhibition open to the public free of charge and alternatively in virtual mode on this website. The exhibition aims to allow all buyers to carry out an appropriate examination of the lots offered for sale and to verify all the qualities, such as, for example, the authenticity, the state of conservation, the material, the origin, etc.

State of conservation

The properties are sold in their current state. We therefore advise potential buyers to ensure the state of conservation and the nature of the lots by viewing them before sale. The Experts of Telearte Auction House will be happy to provide, upon request, information reports on the state of conservation of the lots for sale.
The descriptions on the catalogs represent only the opinion of our Experts and may be subject to any revisions which will in any case be communicated to the public during the Auction.
