Description

(EN) Circular granite box  with shiny tgold mounts, the cover  set with a micromosaic plaque depicting a geese at the water source within a shiny gold frame. The micromosaic attributed to Giacomo Raffaelli (fl. 1753-1836), Rome, circa 1785-1800.

(IT) Scatola circolare in granito con montature in oro lucido, il coperchio è incastonato con una placca in micromosaico raffigurante un’oca alla sorgente d’acqua entro una cornice in oro lucido. Il micromosaico attribuito a Giacomo Raffaelli (att. 1753-1836), Roma, 1785-1800 circa.
