Delivery costs: TELEARTE delivers directly by appointment with our Delivery Service for amounts over € 1,000 (free delivery) .
Shipping costs: through third parties for shipments under € 1,000 we have partners such as Mail Boxes Etc. and GLS Express Courier (cost € 20.00), while if you decide to pay by bank transfer the shipping charge is € 7.00.

Our payment systems include financing to take possession of the desired good, convenient to pay for it in installments. To obtain a payment with finance, one must meet some basic requirements, including being between the ages of 18 and 70, having solvency capacity-that is, having a ratio of debt to installment to be paid that is sustainable-and being financially reliable.

Upon agreement (concluded negotiation) of sale, payment with Telearte can be made, after prior arrangement with Customer Service, by cashier’s check, bank draft or bank transfer before or at the same time of collection of the purchased goods. Another system is to have previously started a finance company. Go to the payment methods page here.
It is also possible to make electronic payments by prior arrangement when contacting our Customer Service Department via credit card, NEXI Pay-by-Link and Paypal.

How do you propose your items or entire inheritances for sale to Telearte?2023-05-09T11:46:15+02:00

To sell in Telearte, you can offer us appraisals of your antiques. You must bring to our attention what you intend to sell with your evaluation. You will need to contact us and send us photographic material. If deemed appropriate, we will conduct an inspection. We operate throughout the Rome area and it is in our interest to maintain absolute Seriousness and Confidentiality. If you are outside Rome, please email us at info@teleartetv.it. It will be our care to give due attention to your proposal, contemplating whether we consider it of interest or not.

What documents are needed for a ‘mandate to sell’ at Telearte?2023-05-09T11:30:22+02:00

Do you want to sell antiques? If you propose items to be sold to Telearte (Mandate to Sell) such as. private, a ‘bill of sale’ statement must be issued on one of our pre-printed forms, which will include your personal information (ID and tax code), price and description of what you have left us in sale account.

How does the right of withdrawal work?2023-05-09T11:27:50+02:00

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change his mind about the purchase made, freeing himself from the contract concluded without giving any reason. In this case, the consumer can return the goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid. The tv broadcast is subject to D.I.G.S. No. 50/92 and 185/99 . The commercial offer contained therein provides the possibility to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product by registered letter A/R to be sent to Telearte s.r.l. – Piazzale Ammiraglio Bergamini 10 – 00136 Rome.

Where to watch Telearte

Our daily broadcasts are on italian television at channel 128.
The broadcasts are scheduled Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to midnight while on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
